In lieu of Casen turning one, I thought I would put together a gift guide with go-to gifts for a one year old…boy or girl. I know my little guy has plenty of toys…but wooden toys are great for teething. You can’t go wrong with jammies, hand-printed or neon pieces. MUST HAVE: These hand-stamped swaddle blankets made by The Sweet Petite! Gotta love the sweet potato stamp. So beautiful…Made from soft, lightweight, 100% cotton gauze. They would make perfect gifts!

MUST HAVE: The Curiosity Shoppe @ Target…my jaw pretty much dropped when I saw the display yesterday. I wanted it all! Hurry and visit your local Target store or shop online for the limited edition line of housewares, stationery, toys + gift items designed by Lauren Smith and Derek Fagerstrom as part of The Shops at Target. I was gathering ideas for Jaxon for his first Christmas and came across West Elm’s gift ideas. They have so many great ‘young at heart’ ideas, gifts like stamp pads, puppets and endangered species erasers. I like these coloring placemats. I know he is a little young now, but I can always save them for another holiday!
